Church Service
Join us for our wedding ceremony at the beautiful St. Mary's Church. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM, but we ask guests to arrive by 12:30 PM to be seated.
The church service will include traditional Polish wedding customs and will be performed by Father Thomas Williams.

Reception Location
After the church ceremony, please join us for the reception at The Grand Hotel, where we'll celebrate with dinner, dancing, and traditional Polish wedding festivities.
The reception will begin at 3:00 PM with a champagne toast, followed by a traditional Polish feast and entertainment throughout the evening.

- 3:00 PM Reception Begins Traditional Polish feast starts
- 5:00 PM First Dance & Toasts Speeches from family and friends
- 6:00 PM Dinner Service Multi-course traditional Polish meal
- 8:00 PM Entertainment Fire performance begins
- 9:00 PM Polish Wedding Traditions Including the symbolic removal of the veil
- 10:00 PM Evening Feast Hot midnight meal (a Polish tradition)
- 12:00 AM Celebration Continues Dancing and festivities until morning
This is a traditional Polish wedding celebration that typically continues until 2-3 AM. Feel free to stay as long as you'd like and enjoy the festivities!

Where to Meet
The ceremony will take place in the Garden Pavilion on the east side of the property. Follow the signage from the main entrance or ask any staff member for directions.
The reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the main floor of the hotel.
Parking is available on-site with valet service, or in the adjacent parking structure.
Accommodation
For guests traveling from out of town, we've reserved a block of rooms at The Grand Hotel at a special rate. Please mention our wedding when booking.
The room block is available until May 15th, 2024.

Since our celebration will continue late into the night, we've arranged several transportation options to ensure everyone gets home safely:

We've arranged a special play area to keep our youngest guests happy and occupied:
Kids Play Area
A supervised play zone with toys, games, and activities appropriate for all ages. Professional childcare staff will ensure your little ones are having fun while you enjoy the celebration.
The kids' play area will be available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with professional supervision.
